FAQs
What is fractional operations leadership?
Fractional operations leadership provides experienced, senior-level support on a part-time or interim basis. Instead of hiring a full-time COO or operations lead, you get hands-on help to align teams, improve systems, and move initiatives forward—without the commitment of a full-time hire.
What’s the difference between consulting and fractional leadership?
Consulting is typically project-based: think audits, delivery design, team coaching, or systems implementation.
Fractional leadership is embedded and ongoing. I step into an operational leadership role within your organization—guiding priorities, leading teams, and driving strategic execution, just not full-time.
What types of companies do you work with?
I work with founder-led startups, scaling orgs, digital agencies, and enterprise teams. Most of my clients are navigating growth, restructuring, or internal friction—and need someone to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the way work gets done.
What problems do you help solve?
I help teams and orgs:
Align leadership, product, and delivery goals
Create clarity around roles, decision-making, and execution
Identify and resolve bottlenecks across delivery and operations
Redesign systems and workflows for scale
Strengthen team structure, rituals, and accountability
What does a typical engagement look like?
Engagements are flexible and tailored to your needs:
Fractional leadership: Weekly or monthly retainers to embed operational support and strategic guidance
Scoped projects: Fixed-fee audits, process redesigns, team or systems coaching
Office hours: Hourly consulting for targeted support or decision-making
We’ll align on scope, cadence, and goals based on your team and stage.
Do you work remotely or onsite?
I work fully remotely with clients across the U.S. and internationally. For key milestones or strategy sessions, onsite work can be arranged as needed.
