FAQs

What is fractional operations leadership?

Fractional operations leadership is senior-level operational support delivered on a part-time or interim basis. I step in as a strategic partner—helping founders and executive teams bring structure, consistency, and momentum across internal delivery, team operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

What’s the difference between consulting and fractional leadership?

Consulting is typically project-based—focused on audits, redesigns, team coaching, or targeted systems improvements.

Fractional leadership means stepping into an embedded leadership role on an ongoing (but part-time) basis. I become part of your team, leading decision-making and driving results—without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

What types of companies do you work with?

I work with early-stage startups, growth-phase teams, enterprise departments, and digital agencies. Most of my clients are navigating change—scaling quickly, restructuring, or trying to improve how their teams work and deliver.

What problems do you help solve?

Common challenges I help address include:

  • Scaling delivery without chaos or burnout

  • Clarifying roles, rhythms, and decision-making

  • Reducing cross-functional friction

  • Improving delivery systems and execution

  • Aligning operations with strategy

  • Structuring teams and workflows to support growth

What does a typical engagement look like?

Engagements are designed around your needs and budget. A few common formats:

  • Fractional leadership — weekly or monthly retainers for ongoing support

  • Scoped projects — delivery audits, process redesigns, team coaching

  • Office hours — hourly consulting on demand

We’ll define scope, cadence, and goals up front so it’s a clear fit.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

I work fully remotely with clients across the U.S. and internationally. If occasional onsite work is needed, I’m happy to build that into the engagement.
